Announcing of tuition payment for SEMESTER 1/2023-2024 for full-time students, mass program
Students see the announcement in the attached file.
Students should note the following regulations:
1. After the end date of tuition collection for the first semester of 2023-2024 according to this announcement, students who do not pay tuition properly will have all registration results for this semester canceled and no name on the semester's exam list, except in cases where students are extended the tuition payment period.
2. Regulations on considering extension of tuition payment time:
- The school only considers extending the tuition payment time for students in the cases specified in Decision No. 2165/QD-KHTN dated October 26, 2023 of the Principal of the University of Natural Sciences on Regulations Extend tuition payment deadline for students and postgraduate students.
3. Time to submit application for extension: at least 07 working days before the tuition payment deadline as announced.
4. Location to submit application for extension:
- Students studying at Nguyen Van Cu campus: submit applications to the Planning - Finance Department, University of Sciences, No. 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5, City. HCM.
- Students studying at Linh Trung campus: submit applications at the Department of Planning and Finance, University of Sciences, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City, City. HCM.
5. Academic handling of students who do not pay tuition on time and have their registration canceled
- At the beginning of the next semester, students who do not pay tuition according to regulations and have their course registration canceled will be placed on academic warning at Point b, Clause 1, Article 16 of the Regulations on University Level Training (Division of Education). issued together with Decision No. 1175/QD-KHTN dated September 24, 2021 of the Rector of the University of Sciences, VNU-HCM (hereinafter referred to as Regulation 1175).
- Students who receive a third consecutive academic warning will be forced to drop out of school at Point b, Clause 2, Article 16 of Regulation 1175./.
- Students view the tuition fees they must pay on the school Portal system (Dashboard --> Study Management --> Tuition Lookup) from November 2, 2023 to November 8, 2023.
- - Students pay tuition from November 10, 2023 to November 24, 2023.
