Collection of health insurance premiums in 2023 (phase 1) for students

(except for students in the class of 2022)

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 4791/HDLS-BHXH-GDDT dated August 23, 2022 on guiding the implementation of Student Health Insurance for the academic year 2022 - 2023, the University of Natural Sciences guides the participation. Health insurance (HI) for students in the academic year 2022 - 2023 (phase 1) is as follows:
  1. Participant: All students from class 2021 and earlier non-boarding VNU-HCM Dormitory. (required for all students still studying at the University).

Note: For students who are staying in the dormitory of VNU-HCM, they do not pay according to this notice but pay health insurance premiums at the dormitory of VNU-HCM. For problems related to health insurance, students should contact the Medical Station of the dormitory.

  1. Health insurance fee: 564.000 đ/ SV /12 months (from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023).
  2. Closing time: Students pay health insurance from November 23, 2022 to the end of December 15, 2022.
  3. Payment method: 
  • Students pay health insurance through Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Agribank: at branches, transaction offices, transaction points or via Internet, E-Mobile Banking of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. Vietnam village - Agribank in the form of Bill Payment.
     
  • Students (or parents) provide: student number and name of University of Science to Agribank staff when contacting to pay health insurance premiums. Students do not pay health insurance by bank transfer.
    After paying, students (or parents) must keep the bank's deposit receipt to confirm payment when necessary. Students can contact 0902 093 310 (Mr. Duy) for support from Agribank guides the payment of health insurance premiums.
  1. Paying health insurance through Viettel Money application: students can pay health insurance on the "Viettel Money" App, also known as the digital financial ecosystem. App Viettel Money can be installed by all telecommunications carriers, linked with most banks nationwide, detailed payment instructions at: https://khuyenmai.vtmoney.vn/thanh-toan-hoc-phi-dai-hoc-khoa-hoc-tu-nhien-tp-hcm-nhanh-chong-va-tien-loi.html.
  2. Paying health insurance through the payment gateway of VNPAY: Students who want to pay, just need to  log in to the website:  https://hocphi.hcmus.edu.vn , enter the student code to log in and pay. VNPAY connects with 40 banks in Vietnam, when the payment is completed, the debt will be crossed directly on the collection system of the University. The transaction fee (paid by the user of the payment channel) is as follows: Domestic card/bank account/e-wallet: VND 5,500/transaction.
     
The school requires all students to participate in full health insurance in accordance with the Law on Health Insurance to ensure their rights and obligations.
