To support students of the 2024 cohort of the Talented Bachelor Program in Semiconductor in enhancing their academic skills and equipping themselves with systematic approaches to scientific research, the Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics is pleased to announce the organization of two workshops: “Presentation and Scientific Reporting Skills” and “Guidelines for Conducting Scientific Research Projects.”
These activities aim to help students better prepare for advanced coursework, course-based research reports, and participation in scientific research activities within the faculty.
1. Workshop Content
Workshop 1: Presentation and Scientific Reporting Skills
• Structuring a scientific presentation
• Techniques for designing clear and standardized slides
• Effective methods for presenting data and research results
• Public speaking skills and managing presentation time
Workshop 2: Guidelines for Conducting Scientific Research Projects
• Identifying research problems and selecting appropriate topics
• Methods for implementing research, collecting, and processing data
• Writing research proposals, reports, and scientific abstracts
• Procedures for conducting research projects within the faculty and important requirements to note
