[ANNOUNCEMENT] Organizing a Faculty-level graduation ceremony for students of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics at the formal university graduating in 2023

NOTIFICATION

Regarding the organization of the Faculty-level graduation ceremony for students of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics 

Full-time university degree, graduating in 2023

The Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics holds a Faculty-level graduation ceremony for students who graduated in 2023 in the fields of Physics, Oceanography and Nuclear Engineering as follows:

1. Time and location:

Time: 08:00 December 10, 2023 (Sunday morning)

Location: Lecture hall 1 (facility 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5)

2. Registration information to attend the Graduation Ceremony:

List of students graduating in 2023 according to the graduation list published on the University website.

Students attending the Graduation Ceremony must register via the link: https://forms.gle/oAQwundRNPXSr1gT8

Graduation ceremony participation fee: 200,000 VND/1 student.

Note: Graduate students of the Department of Nuclear Physics and Nuclear Engineering will be supported by the department with fees to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Deadline to register to attend: 4:30 p.m. December 5, 2023. After the above time, if a student does not register, the Faculty will consider that student as not wishing to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
