Regarding the Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate Students of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics Graduating in 2024

The Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics holds a Faculty-level graduation ceremony for students who graduated in 2024 in the fields of Physics, Oceanography, Nuclear Engineering and Medical Physics as follows:

1. Time and location:

Time: 08:00 am, December 15th, 2024 (Sunday morning)

Location: Lecture Hall 1 (No.227, Nguyen Van Cu St, Ward 4, District 5)

2. Registration information:

List of students graduating in 2024 according to the graduation list published on the University website.

Students attending the Graduation Ceremony must register via the link:  https://forms.gle/YtRxzmAWn8WZcgCg7

Graduation ceremony participation fee: 200,000 VND/1 student.

Note: Graduate students of the Department of Nuclear Physics, Nuclear Engineering and Medical Physics will be supported by the department with fees to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Deadline to register to attend: 4:30 p.m. December 9th, 2024. After the above time, if a student does not register, the Faculty will consider that student as not wishing to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
