The Ministry of Education and Training announces the scholarship program for study in Bulgaria in 2026 under scholarships provided by the Government of Bulgaria.

Scholarship quotas include:

- 05 scholarships for Undergraduate or Master’s degree programs

- 05 scholarships for Doctoral (PhD) programs

- 02 scholarships for postgraduate internships or scientific research

- 02 scholarships for language training internships

Applicants may apply for academic programs currently offered at public higher education institutions in Bulgaria.

Application deadline: April 5, 2026.
