Regarding the Granting of Scholarships at the 2023 Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics

In cooperation between the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics and MITSUBA Vietnam Company and based on the Scholarship Fund of the Faculty's Alumni, to encourage the spirit of learning and solve difficulties for students of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics, now MITSUBA Company sponsors 20,000,000 VND and the Alumni Scholarship Fund sponsors 40,000,000 VND to award scholarships to students with good academic performance and difficult circumstances. In the 2023 - 2024 school year, the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics allocates a number of scholarships (each worth 4,000,000 VND) to students in the 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year of the fields of Physics, Oceanography, Nuclear Engineering, Medical Physics and Electronic Physics and Informatics Technology.

Conditions for selection:

    • Academic performance: Academic average score ≥ 7.0. For 1st year students, consider the industry entrance score.
    • Having a difficult family situation
    • Have good ethics
    • Priority is given to students who have not received any scholarships or students who are Union - Association officials.

Where to receive documents:

    • Students submit applications at: Office of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics (Room A01, Building A, Campus 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5) or for 1st and 2nd year students can be submitted to Mr. Nhan (Phone: 0919786248) at General Physics Laboratory 1 (Room A211, Linh Trung) on ​​mornings from Monday to Friday.
    • Documents include: Scholarship application (handwritten, complete information, phone number, contact email), Full course transcript (up to the time of study), Photocopy of poverty book (if any).

 

Time to receive applications: students submit applications until October 13, 2023.

Scholarship delivery time: expected at the Graduation Ceremony of the Class of 2019
