Admission Information for Training Programs in the Russian Federation, Academic Year 2026–2027

The Office of International Relations would like to forward Official Dispatch No. 478 from the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi regarding enrollment information for training programs in the Russian Federation. Details are as follows:

1. For the academic year 2026–2027, Vietnam has been allocated a quota of 1,000 slots for enrollment in vocational secondary education, higher education (undergraduate and postgraduate), and supplementary professional education programs at institutions in the Russian Federation.

2. Registration and application submission for Vietnamese citizens will take place from September 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026 via the online portal “Education in the Russian Federation for Foreign Nationals” at https://education-in-russia.com/. Available study fields are also provided on this website.
