With a strong academic background and a passion for innovation in education, he founded STEAMax to bridge scientific knowledge and practical application, contributing to the advancement of STEM education in Vietnam.

1. Job Description

As a Technology Specialist, you will be directly involved in implementing, supporting, and developing educational products at STEAMax. Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting experiments and building educational models: Preparing, operating, and maintaining devices and technical models for teaching purposes.

- Research and product development: Participating in the design, testing, and improvement of educational kits, learning software, and technical documentation.

- Circuit design and embedded programming: Supporting the development of products such as robots, sensors, and IoT devices for educational use and demonstrations.

- Teaching and event support: Assisting instructors in classrooms and supporting technical activities at events such as seminars, exhibitions, science fairs, and STEAM festivals.

- Technical equipment maintenance: Monitoring device status, performing repairs, and ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation.

- Internal training and technical support: Conducting training sessions for teachers, staff, and students on the use of educational devices and software.

2. Compensation & Benefits

- Task-based payment: Ranging from 200,000 VND to 500,000 VND depending on complexity.

- Flexible collaboration contract, based on mutual agreement.

- Allowances:

+ Transportation support (25,000 VND/session if travel exceeds 10 km within HCMC)

+ Accommodation and travel expenses (if work is conducted outside the city)

- Learning and development opportunities: Priority access to advanced training programs (fully or partially funded).
