JOB DESCRIPTION
• Act as a bridge between the customer and the engineering team, using customer input and information, design or re-engineer, develop, test and deploy applications using tools and systems Optical analysis.
• Provide technical and professional support to customers, test applications, respond to customer feedback, install, maintain and conduct sales presentations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education: Bachelor of science degree (Engineering Physics, Materials Science or other related disciplines), Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum foreign language proficiency: Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK 2 or higher, proficient in reading and understanding documents, basic communication in Korean.
• Willingness to work in a small multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work with customers or other engineers to resolve issues that arise.
• Diagnose application errors in staging and production environments, understand underlying issues, and resolve problems
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Experience in software programming is an advantage.
• Maintain knowledge of construction tools and best practices.
• Attention to detail and quality.
