The Department of Solid State Physics would like to announce to students conducting their specialized Graduation Thesis the guidelines for formatting and writing the report as follows:
Formatting: According to the regulations of the Faculty of Physics.
Defense format: In-person presentation before the Evaluation Committee.
Number of reports to submit: 02 copies, including:

01 copy for the Supervisor

01 copy for the Reviewer
Time and location for submission: To be announced later.
Expected defense time: To be announced later.
Regulations for the defense session:

Students must prepare presentation slides (PowerPoint or equivalent).

Presentation duration: 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session with the Committee.

Attire: Professional and neat.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the defense time for attendance and preparation.
