History begin
- 1956 – 1958: Department of Electronics, University Science.
- 1977: Department of Electronics, Faculty of Physics, General University.
- 2006: The Department of Electronics was separated into the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications.
- 2007: The Department of Physics and Electronics Engineering (DPEE) was reinstated under the Faculty of Physics (later the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics).
Curriculum
- Basic knowledge of physics and along with advanced knowledge in electronic engineering.
- Access to the fields of digital and analog electronics, microelectronics, signal processing, IC design, embedded systems, automatic control and robotics.
- The curriculum focuses on both theory and practice.
- Many internship opportunities, practical at laboratories, companies in electronics, microchips and mechanical and automatic workshops.
