Re: Organization of the Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate Students – First Session of 2025
The University of Science announces the organization of the University-wide Graduation Ceremony for students who graduated between March and May 2025, with the following details:
1. Time and Venue
a. Time:

Day 1 – 8:00 AM, Thursday, June 26, 2025: For students of the following faculties:
Mathematics & Computer Science; Biology – Biotechnology; Geology; Environment; Materials Science & Technology; Electronics and Telecommunications. -
Day 2 – 8:00 AM, Sunday, June 29, 2025: For students of the following faculties:
Information Technology; Chemistry; Physics – Engineering Physics.
b. Venue: Lecture Hall 1, Campus 1
Address: 227 Nguyen Van Cu, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City
2. Confirmation of Attendance
Students must confirm their attendance by June 18, 2025.
The university will send an email containing the confirmation link to each student.

3. Graduation Ceremony Fee
Students who have confirmed attendance are required to pay the ceremony fee following the instructions at the link below: https://tinyurl.com/4c72nfnt
Payment period: From June 12 to June 18, 2025.
Note: Students graduating with Honors or Distinction are exempt from this fee.
4. Submission of Personal Photo
For ceremony organization purposes, each attending student must submit a clear, high-quality photo (portrait, full-body, or half-body).
File naming format: StudentID_FullName (e.g., 20120001_Nguyen Van A)
Submission deadline: From the date of this announcement until June 18, 2025, via the attendance confirmation link.
5. Instruction and Gown Distribution Schedule

For the June 26, 2025 Ceremony (Thursday):
Students must attend the instruction session and receive their graduation gown at 5:00 PM, June 25, 2025 (Wednesday) at Lecture Hall 1. -
For the June 29, 2025 Ceremony (Sunday):
Students must attend the instruction session and receive their graduation gown at 5:00 PM, June 28, 2025 (Saturday) at Lecture Hall 1.
Note: Students who are absent from the instruction session will not be allowed to attend the graduation ceremony.
