Các hướng nghiên cứu

- Vật liệu nano cho các thiết bị quang điện và chất xúc tác quang

- Nghiên cứu pha tạp TiO2 và tiếp giáp dị thể dùng cho xúc tác quang ở vùng khả kiến ​​(TiO2: (V, N); TiO2: (Cr, N) / MoS2), ZnO, SnO2 dùng cho xúc tác quang.

- Vật Liệu MoS2,  MoSe cho các thiết bị quang xúc tác và quang điện tử.

- Nghiên cứu màng mỏng CZTS và Cu2O dùng cho bán dẫn loại p có lớp hấp thụ cao.

- Nghiên cứu các cấu trúc nano ZnO / Ag và Au cho SERS.
