Job description: As a New Product/Package Development engineer, you are required to:

    1. Perform Design of Experiments on new materials, processes, technologies and methodologies to achieve optimal parameters in characterization, development and qualification of new products and packages.
    2.Support new product development by executing necessary assembly and test requirements. 
    3.Follow up closely the engineering evaluations, material and/or parameter characterizations, qualification builds, safe launch builds as per defined in the project timeline. 
    4.Share ideas in the brainstorming and technical discussions on how to improve methodologies, processes and execution to achieve 1st pass success criteria for new product development.

Qualifications:

    1. BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Automation)
    2.BS degree in Applied Physics or Materials Science are acceptable with a good knowledge in Semiconductor Physics
    3.Exceptional English language communication skills is a must 
    4.Knowledge in Design of Experiment
    5.Fast-learner and adaptable to working in a multi-cultural and multi-national company
    6.Experience in semiconductor assembly and test is an added advantage
    7.With a hardworking, team-player, committed and can-do attitude
