Job Description
About Occupant Safety System: Over 40 years of experience, Bosch has been developing and manufacturing advanced and reliable occupant and pedestrian protection electronics. Those products precisely trigger passive safety systems like airbags and seat-belts in the event of a crash or collision. The Airbag Control Units (ACU) provided by Bosch are scaled to all vehicle classes from basic to premium segment, and ensure high safety to end users.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and clarify Software Requirements.
- Develop test cases using defined test methods, create high level test designs and test specifications.
- Select relevancy of test case for regression test.
- Estimate task effort, execute test cases, document results and report problems.
- Set up review of test specifications.
- Develop automation test scripts.
- Executes test cases as per test plan
- Evaluation of the obtained result for each test case, decision whether the test case is passed or failed and documentation in the test report
- Defect reporting for failed test cases
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Major in Electrical-Electronics / Electronics-Telecommunication / Mechatronics / Computer Science / Automotive Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of microcontroller and embedded system
- Good English skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Preferable:
- Perl / Python scripting language
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate
- Experience in Networking protocols such as CAN, LIN, etc…
- Experience in CAN Tools: CANoe / CANalyzer
