Transportation
Vung Tau is about 95 km from Ho Chi Minh City — roughly 1.5 to 3 hours depending on how you travel.
Conference Shuttle
A complimentary limousine-bus transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau is provided on Day 1 for registered participants. The schedule and pick-up points will be announced before the event.
Speed Ferry (≈ 2 hrs)
GreenlinesDP fast ferries run from Bach Dang Wharf (HCMC) to Cau Da Port (Vung Tau) — a scenic ride through the Can Gio mangroves. ~US$13–15 one way, with 2–3 departures daily.
Limousine Van (≈ 2 hrs)
Door-to-door 9–16 seat limousine vans (e.g. Hoa Mai, Thinh Phat) are the most convenient road option. ~150,000–250,000 VND (US$6–10) one way.
Express Coach (2–3 hrs)
Futa (Phuong Trang) and other coaches depart frequently from the city terminals. ~160,000–320,000 VND (US$7–13) one way.
Private Car / Taxi (≈ 1.5 hrs)
The fastest option via the Long Thanh–Dau Giay expressway. A 4-seat car costs ~790,000 VND and a 7-seater ~990,000 VND one way.
By Air
Fly into Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, then continue to Vung Tau by shuttle, ferry, van or car.

Christ the King Statue
A 36 m statue atop Nho Mountain — one of the tallest in Asia. Climb its 847 steps for sweeping coastal views. Free entry.
Vung Tau Lighthouse
Vietnam's oldest lighthouse (built 1862), perched 170 m up Big Mountain with a panoramic view over the bay.
Back Beach (Bai Sau)
A 10 km stretch of sand lined with restaurants and cafés — the city's main swimming and sunset spot.
White Palace (Bach Dinh)
An 1898 French colonial villa and museum set in a hillside garden, displaying antiques and shipwreck artifacts.
