About Applied Physics
The Applied Physics Department was formed in the early years when the university and faculty were established, before 1975. It was originally named the Spectroscopy Department and is a cradle of many research groups in optics, spectroscopy, photonics, thin films and nanomaterials in southern Vietnam.
