Hiện nay, công ty Faraday đang tuyển dụng các vị trí cho Junior/Senior lập trình build tool, thành thạo các ngôn ngữ C/C++.

Mô tả công việc như sau:

1. Vị trí Junior Memory CAD Engineer

• Responsibilities

- Responsible for memory design automation utilities implementation.
- Support and maintain existing in-house tools.
- Responsible for memory characterization by using automatic characterization tools. The characterization flow including instance characterization and liberty generation.
-Responsible for co-working with designers to verify characterization results and
problem shooting.

• Requirements

- BS or MS degree in EE or CS related.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good English skills
- Familiar with any programming language such as C/C++, TCL, or Python is a plus.
- Experience in using EDA tools such as circuit simulator, LPE tools, layout editor or schematic editor is a plus.

2. Vị trí Senior Memory CAD Engineer

• Responsibilities

- Development and support of memory design flow.
- Developing software for memory design flow automation, such as layout/schematic generation, simulation deck generation and characterization automation.
- Evaluating 3 rd party EDA tools and integration with existing CAD flow.
- Interface with other groups such as IT and EDA vendors for productivity
improvement.

• Requirements

- BS or MS degree in EE or CS related.
- 3+ years experienced as a CAD engineer.
- Experience in library or memory characterization.
- Understanding Synopsys liberty format.
- Familiar with circuit simulation tools and LPE tools.
- Familiar with c-shell, TCL and C/C++.
- Experience in FinFet process node is a plus.
- Experience in CCSN or CCSP characterization is a plus.
- Good English skills.
